TERMS & CONDITIONS
We ask that all customers to read our terms and conditions. These terms apply for the purchase of goods from the online shop. Please note that weddings and other services have their own terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your Caroline Sands Floral Design products. However, if you are not happy with your goods then you may return them providing you inform us of you dissatisfaction within 24 hours of receiving them. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Products should be returned with the original packaging, if this is not possible, photographic evidence of any damage is essential so that we can deal with your request. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. Refunds will not be made to a third party. For example if your products were a gift, the purchaser will receive the refund. We will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
Order Acceptance
We must have full details of delivery (including postcode and telephone number) for your order to be processed.
Your order will be processed if full payment details are completed.
An e-mail will be sent to you to acknowledge your order and you will be issued with an order number which you must quote in any communication with Caroline Sands Floral Design.
All deliveries are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change all or some of the contents and to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice.
Payment
You can make payment by any methods indicated on the payment page your card will be debited on receipt of the order.
If your card is declined by the provider we will attempt to contact you for an alternative method of payment if for whatever reason we are unable to obtain an alternative form of payment your order will be cancelled.
You will be charged the current price for buying the items from our website on the date your order is placed. All orders are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Delivery
The delivery charge is payable per delivery address. We will attempt to deliver (wherever possible) on the day specified on your order.
You may collect in person from The Old Vicarage, Mountfield, Robertsbridge, East Sussex.
We charge £5 for local delivery to the following post codes. BN24, TN21, TN19, TN20, BN20, BN21, BN22, BN23, TN33
Outside of this area we charge £15. We use DPD as our trusted courier for nationwide delivery. They will communicate with you, the purchaser or the recipient to give a one hour time slot for delivery, this is by text or email. All items requested to be left safe are then at the risk of the recipient.
Local deliveries will be made anytime between 8am and 8pm although we will always try to deliver before 5pm if it is going to a business address.
Occasionally we may not be able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances if this is the case a full refund will be given.
Every effort will be made to deliver your flowers on the specified date but we cannot be held responsible if we cannot deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
